What do I actually get when I download?
The editable source files — the original Illustrator or Photoshop documents, not flattened exports. One download contains every format listed on that asset, so you can open it, change the text and colours, and send it to print.
Can I use these for client work?
With Premium, yes. The commercial license covers client projects, products you sell, and business use, with no attribution required. Free downloads are for personal projects and do require attribution — so if the work is being paid for, you need Premium.
What software do I need?
Adobe Illustrator for .ai and .eps files, and Photoshop for .psd. Every asset lists its formats before you download, so you can check compatibility first. PDFs open anywhere but are not editable in the same way.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep full Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for — cancel a monthly plan on day three and you keep it for the rest of that month. Nothing is charged after that, and files you have already downloaded remain yours to use under the license that applied when you downloaded them.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Because Premium unlocks unlimited downloads immediately, subscription payments are not refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access for the remainder of the period you paid for. If something is genuinely wrong with a file, contact us and we will fix it.
How many files can I download for free?
Up to five per day, every day, with no card required. They are the same complete source files Premium members get — the free tier limits how many you can take and how you may use them, not the quality of what you download.
