Eligibility and Account Registration

To subscribe or download files, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Motive Files. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or are used in violation of these Terms.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Motive Files offers access to its file library exclusively through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually, as selected at checkout).

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may be updated from time to time; changes apply from your next renewal and will be communicated in advance where required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access to downloads until payment is successfully processed.

Refund Policy

Because subscriptions grant immediate access to downloadable digital content, all sales are generally final once a download has occurred within a billing period. Refunds may be considered at Motive Files' discretion in cases such as duplicate charges, proven technical failure preventing access, or as otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. Refund requests should be submitted through our support channel within a reasonable time of the charge.

License Grant and Permitted Use

Subject to an active subscription and full compliance with these Terms, Motive Files grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use files from the library for personal and commercial projects, including client work, subject to the restrictions below. This is a license to use the files — it is not a transfer of ownership or copyright, which remains with Motive Files or its contributing designers. Permitted uses generally include:

• Incorporating downloaded assets into your own designs, marketing materials, websites, apps, and client deliverables.
• Modifying, resizing, and adapting files as needed for your project.
• Using files across multiple personal or client projects while your subscription remains active, unless a specific file states otherwise.

Restrictions

Unless you have received prior written permission from Motive Files, you may not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share downloaded files as standalone assets, whether for free or for payment (including on stock asset marketplaces, template shops, or file-sharing platforms).
• Claim authorship or original ownership of unmodified or minimally modified files.
• Use files in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of third parties.
• Share your account credentials or provide account access to individuals outside your organization.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, bulk-download, or mirror the Site’s content or library.
• Continue using previously downloaded files for new projects after your subscription has been cancelled or terminated for cause, where the specific license terms require an active subscription.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the design files, Site design, logos, trademarks, and text — is owned by Motive Files or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you except the limited license described in the License Grant section above.

User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant Motive Files a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You are solely responsible for content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

Third-Party Assets and Fonts

Some files may incorporate third-party fonts, stock imagery, or other licensed components. Where this applies, additional third-party license terms may govern your use of those specific elements, and it is your responsibility to review and comply with any such terms noted on the relevant product page.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Motive Files makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the files or Site, and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Motive Files shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or downloaded files, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or your subscription shall not exceed the amount you paid to Motive Files in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

Motive Files may suspend or terminate your account and subscription at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Site. Upon termination, your right to access the library and use previously downloaded files under the subscription license may be revoked, except where a specific file license states the license survives cancellation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
